1. Returns |top

Embroidered garment sales are final and may not be returned unless there is a defect. Your satisfaction is our top priority, but we can not accept returns for reasons like ordering wrong sizes or colors. If you believe there is a problem with quality, please contact us immediately.

2. Backorders |top

Products will be paid for at time of order, and goods will be completed as soon as they become available. We will notify you if a backorder situation will result in unreasonable completion times.

3. Shipping |top

When shipping is involved, we will ship the items as soon as they are completed. Any damages caused in transit will be the responsibility of the carrier and should be reported to them immediately.

4. Taxes |top

Purchaser agrees to pay or reimburse Seller for any sales, excise or other tax levied by any governmental agency, state or local tariff which is accessed against his purchase of goods or merchandise.

While Winterscapes Embroidery may not charge taxes in all states, purchasers in those states may be required by their state law to pay taxes on purchases from Winterscapes Embroidery.

Credit cards – We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Personal/Business Checks - We will accept personal/business checks. A $20.00 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

6. Usage Conditions |top

You agree to access and use this site only in accordance with this usage policy. Any conduct by you, which in our sole discretion restricts, inhibits or otherwise interferes with any other user in using or enjoying the site, will not be permitted.
