We split embroidery pricing into two categories:

• Embroidery on garments you provide
• Embroidery on garments we provide, and

Embroidery Prices on your garment:

Payment terms are influenced by the situation:

• Individual or small orders - Generally no deposit is required, and payment is expected at time of receipt.
• Orders involving larger quantities on garments you provide - Generally no deposit is required, and payment is expected upon receipt.
• Orders involving larger quantities on garments we provide - Generally a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon receipt.
• Corporate Orders - Call for specifics.

We currently prefer payment by cash or check. If you would like to use credit card, please contact us.

Orders can be cancelled with the following notes:

• If we have not started the order, the order can be cancelled.
• If we have ordered garments, but not started embroidery, order can be cancelled subject to shipping and restocking fees.
• If we have started embroidery, unembroidered items can be cancelled subject to shipping and restocking fees.
• If we have completed the order, the order may not be cancelled.

• Monograms
  We can personalize your embroidered items with initials or names up to 10 characters. You may pick your own thread color or trust us to choose the perfect match for each fabric color. Please add $5 for each item.
• Editing
  Editing charges will occur on designs that require resizing, clean up, or changes to original design at a $30.00/hr rate. We will provide an estimate for any editing requirements.
• Special Thread - Special colors that need to be ordered for particular small jobs and metallic thread which causes difficulty will be charged extra.
• Multiple Locations - A minimum of $3.00 will be charged to embroider in more than one location and will include up to 3,000 stitches, any thing over 3000 stitches will be charged at $1.00/1000 stitches.
