When artwork is digitized, it should be sized to approximately the same size
it will be embroidered. We can reduce or enlarge designs, without cost, but
large reductions or enlargements can result in poor quality embroidery
stitches. We can edit designs (see Pricing) that
need to be substantially reduced or enlarged to ensure there is no
degradation of stitch quality. This is rarely required. On the digitizing
quote request, we are simply asking for the approximate design length or
width, whichever is larger, that you want your design to be. Make your
dimension approximate -- we can resize it.
