What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of converting your hard copy logo "Clean or camera ready art" or design to a digitized computer software embroidery file. Once your design is in this form it can be sewn out by a computerized embroidery machine. In other words, it is taking a picture and turning it into stitches.

Digitizing Rates for Artwork

The rates shown below apply to the one-time effort to prepare the customer's artwork for embroidery. This charge will not be assessed against future orders that use the same digitized artwork. If the design is re-sized by more than 20%, or if the graphics are altered after the customer's artwork has been provided and approved, an editing charge may be required. (Color changes and apparel style changes alone do not normally constitute a design change or edit charge.)

Digitizing orders can be cancelled with the following notes:

• If we have not started digitizing, you may cancel the order.
• If we have started the digitizing, you may cancel the order, but you may be required to pay $10 per 1000 stitches digitized.
• If we have completed the digitizing, the order may not be cancelled.
